i love meetings

i don’t like meetings that much, at all. i’d much rather be doing anything else during a meeting.  it always seems like people just talk and talk and talk – and then (worst of all) nothing gets done. i’m such a pessimist. my buddy, chuck, is looking at buying a new computer (or used).  he built the original gallup journey machine (the thermaltake) with his own two hands.  but now, he’s looking at hooking up with a mac pro.  a good choice, to be sure.   well, a big gig tonight at the el rancho – the st. patty’s day show.  we’re hoping for a big turnout, as st. patty’s day is mostly about drinking alcoholic beverages (responsibly) and having a good time.  we’re hoping to provide those things this evening.  hope to see you there.  opening band will probably start around 8:30pm. peace out, talk to you on monday (or maybe tomorrow afternoon). nate.
